Hendrix Bucket List

After over 7 semesters, 3 and a half years, late nights, early mornings, long tests, and fun parties, it's the last semester here at school.

I haven't even been here a full month, and I feel like I've already done so much. I've had a great amount of balance so far this semester, I have had fun, I have worked hard, and I am probably as good as I have been at getting in everything I would like to do. I guess after awhile at Hendrix, you just learn how to get the things done that you need to get done…and if there is something that can wait until later, well, it waits. I've been to some basketball games, played some intramurals, eaten my favorite foods at La Princessa, had (two!) snow days, had some good wine, watched the Superbowl, celebrated Diva and Birthday fest, and I have had some time to really reflect on where I have been and where I am going.

With a few months left, there is plenty I would still like to do while I still have time at Hendrix. So, I have created a bucket list, and am optimistic that I can experience and do all of the things I have left to do after several years in this wonderful place. Some of these things I have already accomplished, and some I still need to do:

• Join sword club for a day
  
• Go in the fountain one more time
  
• Make one more music video
  
• Get a birthday cake in the cafeteria
  
• Go to Memphis for a small road trip!
  
• Pull an all-nighter for academic and non-academic purposes
  
• Partake in "the mission"
  
• Do the Toad Suck 5K Race
  
• Go to Toad Suck in May
  
• Eat Pupusas in Danville, Arkansas
  
• Attend Friday dinner one more time
  
• Sing at Live Band Karaoke
  
• Camping trip
  
• Go the African market in Conway
  
• Go on a Spring Break trip with friends
  
• Go barhopping in Little Rock
  
• Go to the "V" in Conway and order an alcoholic beverage
  
• Attend a cross country meet to cheer on Kelly Rappe
  
• Make an appearance one last time in Martin Hall
  
• Play in the snow
  
• Read all of the Harry Potter series and watch all of the movies (though this is not a "Hendrix" specific experience, I want to finish this while at Hendrix)
  
• Take a trip to Hot Springs
  
• Attend a church service at Agape
  
• Eat chitlins and fried green tomatoes
  
• Have a picnic at Laurel Park
